Carb Back-loading

So my cousin and I are doing this diet.

Let me clear this up. I don't diet. i might cut down my intake, or go slower on the sweets, but i am most definitely dont 'Atkins' or 'carb-free' or 'gluten-free' or anything like that. So for me to actually try this is saying something.

Although it isnt really.

After a measly 10-day prep phase of a low-carb/carb-free diet, essentially, you carb-load at night with high-glycemic foods, and eat little/no breakfast. The details can be found here. Alternatively, if you live in the same area as i do, i'll lend you the book.

The science is all explained in the book, and it does sound pretty sweet.

Also, since my reader base is pretty much countable on my left hand (nyoh mai gawsh, totes lame sympathy plug), i'll be chucking in random updates about my life as well. Because I can.
