Day 1 Prep phase

People roll their eyes when i say im 'on a diet'. SHUT UP FOOL. YOU DONT KNOW ME. ha, that's totally not a side effect of not eating as much. I am still able to eat protein. Which face it, apart from sweet food and deep fried food, is pretty much on the top of the cravings list. So this low/no-carb thing is completely achievable.

Tuna and lettuce, healthy. Something that most people would be all, yeah, that sounds like a diet. But that's just cos i couldnt be bothered cooking. In theory, bacon, chicken parmas, cauliflower with grilled cheese, and coffee with full fat cream milk. mmmmm.

So yeah, dieting is too bad so far, but it is only day 1.

In terms of exercise, I'm changing it up, decreasing my cardio times (but note, not eliminating it_, increasing my resistance (to increase tGLUT cells, look it up, its a thing) and decreasing the number of days i work out (now only 3), but doing a double workout (resistance in the morning, short cardio in the afternoon/evenings).

So yup. Workouts start tomorrow morning. As does summer semester for uni. Ugh.
